Visit Mumbai University Kalina Campus

 Address: University of Mumbai Vidyanagari Kalina Santacruz (E) Mumbai 400 098 Telephone Numbers: +91-22-26543215/26543216

Proceed to Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Bhavan

 This building is located within the campus. Upon entering the building, turn left on the ground floor, and enter the first room on the right-hand side.

Inquire About the BSc. Nautical Science Degree Certificate

 Approach the designated personnel in charge of the BSc. Nautical Science Degree Certificate. They will provide you with guidance and assistance.

Complete the Application Form

You will be presented with an application form that needs to be filled out.

Complete the Form and Submit to the Same Individual Along with Copies of the Following Documents (Ensure That All Certificate Copies Are Attested by a Class 1 Gazetted Officer)

• Passport
• Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC)
• Master (F.G.) Certificate of Competency (CoC) (UK CoC is also accepted)
• 10+2 Marksheet
• ₹5000/- in Cash or Demand Draft

Please bring original copies of the aforementioned Documents for the verification when submitting your application

(Make sure all certificate copies are attested by a Class 1 Gazetted Officer.)

Payment Deadline

Kindly deposit the fees in cash before 1330 Hrs, as the cash collection counter closes at 1430 Hrs.

University Office Hours

The University Office is open from Monday to Friday, and it also operates on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. Please note that it remains closed on all Sundays, public holidays, and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

In-Person Visit Requirement

It is essential to personally visit the university to obtain this letter, as there is currently no alternative procedure available.

Letter of Equivalence Delivery

You will receive the Letter of Equivalence on the same day, typically within 2 to 3 hours from the time of submitting your application. This may get a little delayed as well but mostly you can collect it on the same day
