We have an opening for Customer service candidates for one of the leading shipping company based in mumbai

Looking for Immediate Joiners/ 15 days.

Minimum criteria:

    __
  • ·         Graduate / Post graduate
  • __
  • ·         Any gender
  • __
  • ·         Good communication skills
  • __
  • ·         Ability to manage heavy calls and email traffic from customers.
  • __
  • ·         Experience of at least 4-5 years in front end customer service job role from within our industry i.e. Shipping
  • __
  • ·         CTC depends upon the candidate’s smartness, experience and calibre
  • __
  • ·         Work experience should be either in a Liner company or Global Freight forwarder or NVOCC
  • __
  • ·         Should have worked in a similar role of handling customers calls along with heavy email traffic, that means should be                 able to do multi-tasking.
  • __
  • ·           Experience of handling customer queries and resolving is a must.
