Job Description


Candidates with oil tanker/bulk carrier experience preferredBusiness Development :

__ 
Job Description    __
* Solicitation of clients ;__
* Client database management ;__
* Scanning the shipping market and the current trends ;__
__
Negotiation:__
* Deal with Buyer’s/Seller’s Broker;__
* Negotiation on the price__
__
Inspection:__
* Document Inspection: In order to check for the compliance’s__
fulfillment, insurance, maintenance of the ship over the years at__
the seller’s end and other legal documents attached to the sale__
and purchase of the ship.__
* Ship Inspection: Getting the Inspection of the ship as a whole__
including its underwater parts and ship’s bottom by a certified__
surveyor company.__
__
Contract Completion__
* Signing of Memorandum of Agreement;__
* Change of ownership documents__
__
Execution: Delivery of the ship as per the size and type of the ship__
__
