This is a 2 day live bootcamp which will help mariners gain more clarity on “what should be their next career move”, The course employs group coaching frameworks, activities and self-reflection techniques to help you discover new career paths

Hello everyone, I walked in to the bootcamp Find your Pole 🌟 with some blockages in my mind which were holding me back. I strongly believe speed is directly proportional to clarity. I also knew I would get solution here because I have attended Capt. Harsh's webinars with Sea and Beyond in past wherein he has provided that much needed clarity to me. In this bootcamp I discovered my intention statement, and having it so clear with me now if I don't act on it then I'd be a fool. With regard to Pole Star webinar, it was great to be part of one its kind webinars highlighting the need to look beyond the mind set of "Job finding". Sea & Beyond's initiative in this direction is commendable and especially Capt. Gaurav Rana's and Capt. Harsh's contribution to seafarer's community. The team can understand the competitive strategy and possesses a deep understanding of how seafarers can look beyond the metal structure they work on.
Earlier, only a few seafarers were able to grab the opportunity of upgrading their skills as there was no direction upon reaching the pinnacle of their sea career. But with such forums, your team has been able to reach out to larger audience enabling them to tap their highest potential.

Independent Consultant Executive & Leadership Coach,Capt. Harsh has been a sailor and has sailed for 15 years including 3 years as Master. He completed his MBA from IIM-A in 2010 and worked for Goldman Sachs as Regional Head - Payments/Treasury and Risk & Control Operations.
He is now on his own working as Executive & Leadership Coach & Training Consultant. He provides personalized coaching to C-suite executives to help them unlock their true leadership potential. His clients include senior leaders (CXOs, National Heads, SVPs) from industries such as finance, shipping, consulting and technology.
