Shishir Kumar is a deck officer and has 7 years experience in the field of commercial, strategy, operations and business development. He joined merchant navy in 1992 and did BSc Nautical Sciences from T.S.Chanakya institute. He sailed as deck officer for 11 years and has Master(F.G) COC. Later, he completed executive MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad in the year 2008. Shishir joined Reliance Power as General Manager and is now working as Assistant Vice President over there. Among his work profile, he looks after fuel procurement which involves negotiations of deals worth billions of dollars.
