Capt. Amit Bhandari is founder of Seapromise which is a life coaching service for marine companies and individuals. He specializes as a Transition coach. He is certified from the international coaching federation, is a certified counselor and a sub conscious mind expert. He has also attained his MBA from SP Jain Business school.
His expertise in the field of coaching is for last 5 years. He offers training to shipping companies by way of 1 day workshop and 1 to 1 coaching and ship visit to coach/ train staff on board. Amit has coached 400+ seafarers which include at least 200 masters. He also regularly coaches persons from different background and fields.
Capt Amit Bhandari's marine background has been on bulk container ships with Anglo eastern. Later he moved to the offshore industry and has been a DP master. Post sailing career he was a operations manager and rose to position as country manager for offshore companies.
